Equality is an achievement, not an entitlement.

Equality is an achievement, not an entitlement and that is why Women had always been fighting for a seat at the table. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as it seems. It takes a lot of sacrifices and hard work to make it to the top. Women who have made it since creation have done so through service or fighting for their place. Neither is easy, but both are worth it. Men don't necessarily fear those who know what they're doing, but rather those who are willing to do what it takes to get ahead. That's why women must continue to fight for their place on the table. Only through hard work and determination will we be able to achieve equality. 
Even men that fail to meet the requirements to be on the table are counted among women and that too is equality every man rejects every woman who stands the challenges have attained her position among men and such women have men bow to them.
